Ground floor. Living and dining, both air conditioned, with three three-seater sofas, a full kitchen, and two bedrooms each with its own bathroom.

The pool, the garden and the beach
The pool is about 325 sq ft, 2 to 4 feet at the deep end, with a shallow side, a Jacuzzi and a separate infant pool. There is no lifeguard — it is a private pool in a private house, and children in it are your responsibility exactly as they would be at a friend's. The lawn around it runs to about 4,000 sq ft, lit at night, with seating and a poolside shower.
The beach is about 50 metres away. Parking is inside the gate, for 2 to 4 cars inside the gate. 4 cameras cover the grounds, around the clock.
Nearby. Mayajaal, PVR Cinemas, Muttukadu boat house, MGM amusement park, ECR Dhaba, The Deck retro bar — all within one to two kilometres. Café Coffee Day and Sangeetha vegetarian restaurant are close by too.
A caretaker lives on site, 24 hours, for cleaning and anything that needs fixing. A generator keeps the power on around the clock. The pool is cleaned daily, AC filters weekly, the garden twice a month, and pest control weekly. Linen is changed once during a stay. Toiletries, a poolside shower, wine glasses, beer mugs and bottle openers are all there.
The staircase to the first floor has a low ceiling — worth watching your head on the way up.
