What we can set up
A celebration setup is ₹6,000, a party speaker and mic ₹2,499, a cake on arrival ₹1,200 and a barbecue ₹3,500. Meals are cooked at the villa — ₹450 a head for breakfast, ₹1,100 for breakfast and dinner, ₹1,600 for all three. Everything is ordered with the booking so it is there when you arrive, rather than negotiated on the day.
Three of the villas — Cabana, Ivory and Laguna — have a pool table as well, which matters more than it sounds at eleven at night when half the party is still going.
How many people, honestly
The sleeping numbers and the party numbers are not the same thing. A four-bedroom villa sleeps eight comfortably and takes sixteen; the six-bedroom Villa Nova sleeps twelve and takes twenty-four. Everyone staying must be on the booking — the count is what the extra-guest charge is worked out from, and it is what the villa is prepared for.
These are houses in residential neighbourhoods rather than event venues. Music stops at a reasonable hour, and the villa is not let for parties with visitors beyond the guests booked. If you are planning something larger than a houseful, ring us and say so before you book rather than after.
This is the part to ring us about rather than read about. What a particular villa can take on a particular day depends on the day, the neighbours and the villa, and we would rather tell you plainly on the phone than publish a rule that turns out not to fit what you are planning.
Questions people ask about pool party villa ECR
Can we have a birthday party at the villa?
Yes, for the guests staying there. A celebration setup is ₹6,000, a party speaker and mic ₹2,499 and a cake on arrival ₹1,200, all ordered with the booking. The villas sit among other houses, so music stops at a reasonable hour.
How many guests can come to the party?
As many as are on the booking — up to sixteen in a four-bedroom villa and twenty-four in Villa Nova. The villa is not let for events with visitors beyond the booked guest count. Tell us the real number when you book.
Is there a barbecue?
A barbecue setup is ₹3,500 and is prepared for you. Every villa also has a full kitchen if you would rather cook yourselves.
Which villa is best for a pool party?
Villa Nova — 6 bedrooms, sleeping 12 comfortably and taking up to 24. It is at Sholinganallur, about 15 km from the Adyar signal, from ₹34,999 a night plus tax.
Can we bring our own music system or DJ?
A speaker and mic can be hired from us for ₹2,499. Anything larger than that is an enquiry rather than a yes or a no — ring us with what you are planning and we will tell you plainly whether that villa can take it.
What does a party villa on ECR cost?
From ₹24,000 a night plus tax at Villa Macarena to ₹34,999 at Villa Nova, on a weekday. Fridays, Saturdays, long weekends and the days around Christmas and New Year cost more. The price for your own dates is on each villa's page.
